    1. Day 1 JHB to Dullstroom to Graskop

      You are collected from OR International Airport by your guide and then chauffeured in a an air-conditioned minibus through to the historic town of Dullstroom for a quick visit. Then we head over the Long Tom pass and make our way down into the Sabie river valley through to the Graskop Hotel 3* for a two night stay. 

    2. Day 2 Bike Tour of Panorama Route

      Day two starts off with a 57km cycling tour along the stunning Panorama route, stopping in at the ancient mining town of Pilgrams rest. We make a stop off at the Bourkes Luck potholes before heading to the Three Rondavals to take in the stunning views over the Blyde River canyon. From their hop onto the bus for a return back to the hotel. 

    3. Day 3 Bike Tour of Panorama and Kruger Park

      Day three is a 45km loop along the Panorama route up along the Drakensberg escarpment. We stop over at the Gods Window viewpoint and visit the Pinnacle rock column. After there we head down to Lisbon falls for a short stop before heading into Graskop again for lunch. The bus will be ready and waiting to take you into the world renowned Kruger National park for your nights accommodation at  Kruger National Park Camp 2-3*. Spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing in the peaceful bush atmosphere and a night under the stars. 

    4. Day 4 Kruger Park Safari

      Day four is spent exploring the Kruger park and tracking down the Big 5 and see other species of antelope, Zebra and Giraffe. We drive along the periphery and head towards the other camp after breakfast. At the Camp in Kruger Park 2-3* you are invited to join an afternoon game drive through the park. 

    5. Day 5 Swaziland - Malolotja Nature Reserve to Mbabane

      Dawn of day five starts early with a morning game drive in the Kruger. After breakfast the tour bus departs for the Kingdom of Swaziland. The 19km cycle tour heads from the Malolotja nature reserve through Mbabane to the Milwane nature reserve. The Milwane reserve is the oldest in Swaziland but completely safe for wildlife cycling tours owing to its lack of predatory species and large mammals. The evening is packed with entertainment at the Mlilwane Game Reserve 2-3*, with a traditional dinner being served to a traditional dance, with a talk on Swathi peoples beliefs and customs. Head off after dinner to your traditional beehive huts for a good nights rest. 

    6. Day 6 Bhunya to Mlilwane

      Day six kicks off with a short trader to the uSutu forest. The 67km route takes you through the rural areas, past traditional kraal and onto the famous Swathi candles workshop for a candle making tour and some festive music. After the tour we head back to Milwane, past the Royal palaces and back into the reserve for some game viewing. In the afternoon join the African Bikers team to hand over our a bicycle purchased from the World Bicycle relief fund to the mentor of the mothers2mothers charity. 

    7. Day 7 Safari in the Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Game Reserve

      Day seven heads off in the morning on transfer through Swaziland to the Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Game Reserve, where you will enjoy a game drive through the park. After the game drive we head to St Lucia for our next two nights accommodation at Lidiko Lodge 4*. 

    8. Day 8 St. Lucia – Boat Ride and Day of Rest

      Day eight is for free time to enjoy the town of St Lucia and surrounds. Take a scenic boat ride along the water ways or a guided tour to a local village, or better yet spend the day relaxing and swimming at the beach.

    9. Day 9 Valley of a Thousand Hills

      On day nine you are transferred to the seaside city of Durban. The 37km cycling tour heads out into the valley of a thousand hills past local Zulu kraals and villages for a true perspective on South African rural life. After the days ride we head out by transfer to the welcoming Blue Waters Hotel 3* situated right on the promenade of Durban golden beach front. 

    10. Day 10 Aid Project and the Indian Market and Sharks

      Day ten is packed full of sights and sounds with a number of different tours. We head out to the Marianhill mission with a guided tour by one of the sisters on the missions projects. After there we head out to the exotic spice markets in Durban city to explore the fusion of colour, taste and smells rich in Indian history. After the market there is an optional tour to see the uShaka marine world aquarium, one of the best in the world and well worth the visit, before heading back to the Blue waters hotel. 

    11. Day 11 Bergville to the Amphitheatre

      On Day 11 we transfer through to the Drakensberg mountains to the town of Bergville. The 50km cycle tour heads out into the Ukhahlambra Drakensberg Mountain region for some of the most picturesque scenery set against the backdrop of the Drakensberg massif. The accommodation is hosted at the Tower of Pizza 3* ideally suited as a base to explore this incredible region. 

    12. Day 12 Hiking Tour in the Royal Natal National Park

      Set off on day twelve on an awesome hike to see the mighty Tugela waterfall, the highest in Africa, cascading from the iconic amphitheatre massif. The hike is challenging but incredibly beautiful heading through fern lined gorges, rain forest and rolling grasslands all the while ascending into the mountain tops. Spend time at the top swimming in the numerous rock pools or just relaxing taking in the panoramic views afforded at the summit, before heading back to the Tower of Pizza.

    13. Day 13 Johannesburg Tour and Airport Transfer

      Our last day heads back to the golden city of Johannesburg for a tour of the Apartheid museum before finally transferring you back the OR International to catch your outbound flight.

    If you are travelling into South Africa from outside the SADC, then you will require entry visas for South Africa. Please check with you local immigration authority in advance.

    There is no current requirement for vaccinations to enter South Africa. It is advisable to check with a local travel clinic prior to departure.

    You will need to have a good level of fitness to enjoy the tour. It is highly recommended spending some time training in advance.
